RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment
At My Book Buddiez, we want you to love your bookmark buddies! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Please include your order number or receipt
How to Start a Return
Contact us at mybookbuddiez@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items! If you'd like a different bookmark topper or bookmark design, contact us and we'll help you swap it out. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and we'll cover shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no charge, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
