Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping: $4.90
- Delivery time: 3-4 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage
Express Shipping: $9.99
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, the threshold and terms will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your My Book Buddiez account.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location
- Contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Holidays and peak seasons
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
